Anxiety Disorders

Many of us feel anxious from time to time, however, if you experience persistent or debilitating anxiety you may be suffering from an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders are the most common of all the mental health disorders.

CBT has been found to be a highly effective treatment for anxiety disorders, helping you to gradually face your fears through addressing faulty beliefs (cognitions) and unhelpful behaviours which may be contributing to or maintaining your anxiety.
